Endurance PT utilizes a direct-pay model that allows for evaluation and treatment based on the individual’s needs without restrictions set by insurance companies. We do this so that we can provide uninterrupted one-on-one care to get you to feel better faster. We will provide attentive, evidence-informed compassionate care.

You can call your insurance company and ask them about your out of network physical therapy benefits. Many times, insurance companies will reimburse you for part of the cost of services. We will provide you with the documentation you need to send to your insurance company.

Texas is a partial direct access state which means effective September 1, 2019, a physical therapist may accept patients without a referral, if all specified qualifications and requirements are met. Dr. Obregon has completed a fellowship and can treat patients without a referral for up to 15 consecutive business days. Patients who require additional therapy beyond 15 days can get a doctor’s referral at that time and then treatment can continue as needed.

Wellness visits (no pain or symptoms) do not require a referral at any time.

Payment is due at the time of service. Patients/clients can use FSA, HSA, credit cards, cash, check, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Paypal.
